Joan Milburn creates across painting, sustainable sculpture, digital art, and self-portraiture. Her visual art often intersects with her work in theatre, filmmaking, and digital media, weaving together performance, narrative, and material experimentation. In 2020, she launched JoanMakesArt, an Etsy shop that grew from abstract canvases into a collection of hand-painted totes, clothing, yarn crafts, and jewelry.
